In our room with a gorgeous Palais Garnier view, which was handled professionally, we found it decent in size for a city setting with nice high ceilings and pleasantly quiet. The hotel's central location across from the Opera and close to metro lines made exploring the city convenient and enjoyable, though lacking a traditional boulangerie. The service was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond, yet could be more proactive. The dining experience was very good at the 'restaurant' on-site, and the facilities were impressive. We found the bellman efficient, but the breakfast options were limited on Sunday.
